Virtual Individual Consultation Services

All consultation services are arranged virtually by video or phone

INITIAL CONSULTATION

60-minute Initial Consultation Session $180.00

Each initial consult includes:

• Complete nutrition assessment including review of 3-day diet history provided and health history intake

• Realistic and creative advice

• Evidenced-based education

• Tailored nutrition care plan for you/your child’s specific nutritional needs

• Summary of nutrition care plan

• Summary note sent to your/your child’s family doctor or pediatrician (available upon request, additional fees apply)

• Email communication and support (related to the initial nutrition consultation) for up to two weeks after the consultation

Follow-up Visits

45-minute ($160.00) & 30-minute ($150.00) Follow-up Sessions

Each follow up visit, following an initial consult session includes:

• Review of your/your child’s diet and progress

• Evaluation and adjustments made to the nutrition care plan

• Additional advice and suggestions to meet your/your child’s specific nutritional needs

Nutrition bundles

Starting Solids Bundle $325.00

• 2, 60-minute sessions booked 2-4 weeks apart*

• Complete nutrition assessment including review of current feeding schedule and health history intake

• 30-day meal plan and a starting solids resource package

• Email communication and support throughout the program

*Follow-up consults booked beyond 4-weeks will be charged the full follow-up consult rate

NutriMama Package $450.00

• 60-minute initial nutrition assessment

• 2, 30-minute follow up nutrition sessions (booked monthly, after the initial assessment)

• Complete nutrition assessment including review of current nutrition challenges, goals and health history intake

• Email communication and support throughout the program
